iamALIVE Project Wellness

Overview

iamALIVE Project Wellness is a transformative program for Metro Atlanta youth ages 10-18, designed to bring hope, support, and empowerment to those affected by bullying while fostering a culture of kindness and inclusion within the broader community. Through this program, participants collaborate to design and assemble wellness kits filled with thoughtfully curated items such as t-shirts, journals, self-care kits, and personalized affirmation cards. These kits are distributed at community events, focusing primarily on youth impacted by bullying while also offering encouragement and resources to other young people in the community.

This program goes beyond crafting tangible items—it cultivates critical life skills and helps build a compassionate, empowered future generation. Participants develop empathy, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills while learning the importance of giving back and driving positive change in their communities. By taking part in the distribution process, youth gain a profound sense of purpose and accomplishment as they witness the direct impact of their contributions.

Structured as a monthly program, iamALIVE Project Wellness balances education with fun, creating a dynamic and supportive environment for participants. Each session lasts two hours and takes place at accessible locations, such as community centers or schools, ensuring convenience for all attendees. All facilitators undergo thorough training and complete background checks to ensure a safe and enriching experience.

iamALIVE Project Wellness also serves to empower parents, educators, and community members by providing tools to support young people, while emphasizing the importance of resilience, self-care, and peer connection. This program inspires lasting change and creates a ripple effect of kindness and inclusion throughout the community.
